Delivery
LARGE RELIABLE FLEET
Any of our stocked products can be delivered to your premises on your designated delivery day using one of our reliable vehicles. Our large fleet of vehicles driven by our experienced, friendly drivers ensure that your goods are properly handled and in perfect condition when they reach you. We also use a courier service to deliver nationwide everyday (excluding Highlands and Islands) and offer timed and Saturday delivery services for urgent deliveries.
Rapid Production
Where components are non standard or required in large quantities, our extensive production facility, outfitted with the latest machinery and flexible skilled workforce, can produce flue components rapidly for any order not available from stock.
Stocks
We hold vast stocks of many standard flue components in our Midlands warehouses, providing rapid availability for most standard domestic flue systems.
Trade Counter
Our Trade Counter is open for collection by trade customers Monday to Friday. Please see contact page for our current opening hours.
Quality Controlled
The Quality Management System currently in operation is designed and monitored in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and covers all the clauses of the standard.
